If you are considering
selling your property in the near future, the question of engaging a
brokerage firm to assist you or selling on your own may arise.
You can sell your
home yourself. To do so effectively however, you should be able to answer an
unequivocal YES to each question on this checklist. As you go through

Price....Do I have sufficient data to set the correct price for
